A high school student warmed all 5,200 seats in a new minor league baseball stadium before its inaugural game.

It took Todd McCormick about three hours to sit in each seat of Sovereign Bank Stadium, the new home of the York Revolution, on Friday. That's about 29 seats per minute. McCormick, 17, of Springfield Township, started at 11:50 a.m. in Row N in right field. He finished around 3 p.m., two hours before gates opened for the game against the Newark Bears.

Prison inmate Ricky Clauff just wanted a little justice. When Clauff was in Hall County jail in April, early one week he ordered a milkshake from the jail commissary and paid $11.25 for the regular Friday delivery.

But before he got a chance to savor the treat, he was transferred to the state prison in Tecumseh to do his time for theft and forgery.

Clauff's two requests to Hall County for a refund were denied, so he filed a claim against the county.

JAIPUR, India - A 73-year-old man who failed his 10th grade high school exams for the 39th time vowed Friday to try again next year in the hopes that an education will improve his job and marriage prospects.

Shivcharan Jatav, a farmer from the desert state of Rajasthan in western India, had no formal education as a child. He has been trying to pass the exams since 1969, when an army recruiter told him it would improve his chances of being accepted into the military.

FONTAINEBLEAU, France - A gold-encrusted sword Napoleon wore into battle in Italy 200 years ago was sold Sunday for more than $6.4 million, an auction house said.

The last of Napoleon's swords in private hands, it has an estimated value of far less — about $1.6 million, according to the Osenat auction house managing the sale.

A court has ordered Malaysia's national airline to pay a Brahmin Hindu 20,000 ringgit (5,800 US Dollars) to compensate him for mental anguish suffered as a result of being served a chicken meal during a flight, local media reported on Saturday.

Arvind Sharma, a cargo agent for Dell computers in India, experienced depression, shock, stress and humiliation after the chicken meal on the Malaysian Airline System flight from Bangalore to Kuala Lumpur four years ago, magistrate M. Rajalingam said.

Officers seized more than 100 pet rats, dozens of rabbits and other animals including several birds from the home of an 81-year-old woman, who was later treated at a hospital for what appeared to be bites, authorities said.

"The woman had no food in the house for herself and seemed disoriented," said Annette Ramirez, an officer with the city's Animal Services Department. "Her arms were covered with open wounds apparently caused by animal bites."
