Opening the door to the Gracie Garden Apartments, a four-story building on E. 89th Street, and greeting tenants is what 60-year-old Jonah Seeman lives for.

"I just say, 'Good morning, have a nice day, smile, feel good, don't worry about anything,'" Seeman told CBS 2 HD.

But despite being very popular among the building's residents, Seeman was suspended from his job as doorman for one day, without pay, for having bad breath.

"It's embarrassing," Seeman told CBS 2 HD. "It hurt my feelings."

MARRIAGES should last for only seven years before the couple decide to go their separate ways or sign up for an extension, a German MP has proposed.

The time limit would lead to fewer divorces, according to Gabriele Pauli, a candidate for the leadership of Bavaria's dominant conservative party CSU.

The "seven-year hitch" plan drew sharp criticism from party colleagues in Pope Benedict XVI's home region.

German MP Gabriele Pauli said seven-year marriage contracts would slash divorce rates.

The planner had vanished without a trace after the former Sands Casino Hotel food service worker set it down near the buffet for a few moments in 2001.

"I couldn't even imagine where it went," she said. "I thought it had been stolen. So many people helped me look for it."

LOS ANGELES - It's another story of stoned celebrities in rehab. Only these are real stars.

Sixty-one stars from the Hollywood Walk of Fame -- including those of Charlton Heston, Cary Grant, Clark Gable and Frank Sinatra -- have been removed and stored while a $500-million hotel-shopping-housing project is built on Vine Street near Hollywood Boulevard.

Eight of the terrazzo star squares crumbled as they were removed from the walkway.
